Admin landing — cleanup (chosen designs)

Locked directions: Software → only meaningful pills, Bars → log scale. Left = current, right = what ships. Confirm the look and I'll file it.

1 · Status pill — “only pills that matter”

A pill appears only when there’s something to act on — a routine (amber) or security (red) update. The “no data” / “current” default shows no pill, so the ragged-alignment problem disappears and the panel is quiet. (Version text keeps its own colour, so an unreachable host is still obviously red.)

Current
“no data” on every row

Pill hugs the version → ragged, and pure noise.

Software

Ships
Quiet by default

Pills only on Docker (routine) & Redis (security) here — the rest just show their version.

2 · Activity bars — log scale

Bar length ∝ log₁₀ of the count. Superadmin still leads, but every human user gets a visible bar. The raw number stays on the right as the precise value; the bar is just a “roughly how active” glance.

Current
Linear vs. #1

Everyone below Superadmin is invisible.

Ships
Log scale

Small counts readable; outlier still clearly on top.

Top 10 active · log

Two small open details baked into the mock — flip either if you disagree: (a) the tiny “· log” hint in the caption (honesty marker; can drop it), and (b) Superadmin stays in the list (you chose rescale over filtering it as a system account).
