SECRETS section — actions hoisted to the header (top-right). Every per-row button is gone from the tree; the full action set now lives on the right of the SECRETS header bar and operates on the selected row. A revealed value shows in full, wrapping onto its own line under the key. Tree icons match the real app (Vault / FolderOpen / KeyRound). Click a folder or a secret — the header buttons enable/disable for that context.

Buttons enable per selection: a folder lights create-folder / create-secret / delete; a secret lights reveal / copy / edit / delete (create-* act on its parent folder).
